TODAY,TOMORROW,THIS WEEK ...try to look at as many as possible....even if you dont or cant buy RIGHT NOW ....this is FREE knowledge....just like on this site...free wisdom is EVERYWHERE ....you just have to take some ACTION with what is GIVEN to you.

bottom line....make some calls and get out there NOW and look at properties!! good luck.....lets here WHO has STARTED to look at homes ????????

I agree with you, will begin visiting properties, and talking to home owners, I started running ghost adv's on craiglist today, and I see a realtor has already contacted me, wanting to run comp's on the place for me.Hey thanks Jay for the kick in pants, sometimes I need that...John

I was so busy trying to get out of a situation I am living in, and had other things happen to me in May, that I put all this on hold again, kind of giving up. And yet I find buyers all the time, finding houses before other investors is my problem.
But yesterday decided I can't change my situation here and it is making it almost impossible to do investing. Decided to "force" myself to accept this situation and focus on investing, I could do it. As they say, the circumstances will motivate us...at least most of us.

So thanks for the lift on this thread, and from Dean the past couple days. Yesterday I started "forcing" myself to read the books again, and was inspired to the max As Dean said we look at our failures and forget what we have done and what we have learned. Today I made a list of 5 things. And decided to take all the little victories. Ended up stopping after 12 because I realized just how much knowledge and experience I gained. What a lift that gave me.
