OfflineI have seen **** pop up again and again. In the real estate business it seem to be picking up renewed steam and is now pressing forward with investors.
The website offers a very large amount of possible buyers. I write possible because a good number of these "buyers" are actually wholeselling property and are not actually purchasing properties. True, there are people that actually buy property on this website and in fact I have used it to find buyers but it seems that as the site gains more and more steam more and more people whole selling properties appear.
If you plan on using the website you will sign up for a free account. When doing so the website will ask if you are a buyer or a service provider. It seems that if you put that you are a buyer you will be added to the **** search. Meaning that if I search in your area I will find you as a buyer. Now, if you put that you are a service provider you should not be added to the list. However, I have still seen some that are service providers added to the list anyway.
If you use the site look for the people that have the best chance of actually being a buyer. I generally suggest people that have have profiles with a website, local number and information in the profile that actually says they buy houses. These measure generally create the greatest buyers results.

I think the new amount of ppl on '****' is somewhat due to the REI market trying to cash in and make a different life for themselves. Due to the economy everyone is forced to do SOMETHING to get by and make life better.
The RE market is in tormoil- the property values are dropping at 1% a month!
Dean's teachings also inspires us all to 'NETWORK' and find buyers/parnters to complete the deals that are under contract and wholesale, assign, or double close to make a deal complete and put us in a better place in life.
I have used **** in the past and have found some serious people, but I think more people are there now similar to Craigslist. It's callled marketing and networking with what you can find and works for you at the time. Learn more.
Biggerpockets, REInvestor, meetup, REI clubs are all experiencing more and more members looking to do deals and get ahead. EVERYONE is tired of this economy and the Government.
