OfflineGreetings everyone. Newbie here. Just attended the Edge 2011 event and have just begun to learn about Real Estate. I am currently a small biz owner and I LOVE my job, but this intrigues me. Is it possible to find and make deals on a part time basis when your competition is doing it full time? I'll even back up and ask - is it possible to form a "Power Team" who will work with you if you are doing it part time?
I know Ali spoke at the event about his work in REI while holding down a corporate job at Disney so I assume it's somehow doable...
Anyone have experience or advice with this?

As Bill says 'it's less stressful' and will seem easier than going at it full time full speed ahead.
