Buying in Oregon

Hi Bruce, just go to remax.com and there will be a menu at the top of the page. Go under the Residential tab, and choose 'find a remax agent'. That will pull up a search page. Enter Corvallis in the office location, and Oregon in the state field. You will get a whole list of agents you can work with. Look at their individual profiles, and on the lower right corner it will show their specialties. Choose agents who specialize in investing and they will probably know of investors with good properties to wholesale.

Also, try going to realtor.com. You can do a search of properties in a certain price range and each property will have a listing agent on the listing. You can contact that agent, and they will all be able to find you lists of REO properties that are available.
