searching for the right REAL ESTATE AGENT!!!!!!!!!!

having trouble finding the right real estate agent! i guess im askin the wrong questions to see if the agent fit my investment plans........ WHAT TYPE OF QUESTION SHOULD I ASK A AGENT? IS THEIR A SCRIPT I CAN FALLOW?
