I must say, that book and this website has been tremendous for a new REI like myself. I have a lot to learn, but I am on this site every day reading.
I am determined to make REI my way of life and I thank everyone on this site for offering their knowledge as well as their motivation!

You are doing the right things. Getting involved and surrounding yourself with other investors is the best way to succeed. The ideas you'll hear on this board, and the experiences you can learn from are incredible. Absorb as much of this as you can. Just make sure you realize that every opinion is just that, an opinion. Some ideas work differently in different parts of the country, so be aware of that as well. Take in as much as you can, and create your own style of investing from the pieces of what everyone else does. You'll find that it will be very fulfilling and rewarding, and you won't be able to stand the corporate world anymore after you have been successful in investing!
