Question about the classified I put on

Question about the classified I put on

I put an ad on for a property today and had put my name and number, then realized we are not to do that. But can't get on to that ad to change it and have tried several times.
Anyone know how I go back on to change something?

Steve

No on this site under classified ads.
Good to hear from you!

Sandi I know that we

are told to never put our number on ads but if you think about it, sometimes it adds some credibility to your ad. I know when I get responses to my CL ads, I answer the ones with a number first. I may be wrong, but to me it just shows an urgency that the tire kickers dont!

I put my number CL too, as I don't know how to answer if they have no number.
But on Deans site, they tell you not to do that. Don't know if I would get in trouble or not, or if it is just for protecting us from any spam as they say.
But I you can't get spam on the phone!
On CL if you have them email you, that is when I get nasty replies sent to my personal yahoo inbox, but when I put a number, I only get serious calls.
So guess I'll leave it for now on these classifieds and call tomorrow and ask.
Have the old building in Burnett under contract so say a prayer I can assign it.
For sure will have lots of equity!

Steve

Guess we're playing "post tag" so will email you on my yahoo.
Am looking for a new place to live, but have already been checking ads for a new pooch!

Sandi how have you been I

Sandi how have you been I haven stopped in a while. I always say if you are in business and you need customers you can not be afraid to put your number out there, how are people supposed to find you if they don't have your numbers.

Everyone has email, and websites with phone numbers. If someone want anyone's number they can get it on google anyway.

Sandi if you put something on here that you are not supposed to Jeremy will delete it so don't worry about it.

I am doing just great. And don't come here much anymore. Have that old building under contract and learning how to do templates. And have gone to more REI meetings and have found another DG person from Madison area and he met me Saturday at the "old house" and felt it had a lot of potential. So we are talking about options with it on Monday.
That old building is really something. Found out it was built in 1847! And I got more info and pictures from the town. Plus the town hall across the street which is another old building, not only has weddings, but they have the school prom there. So this building really would have a lot of things it could be used for.
My brother told me to put this place on a template and showed me how. But later got stuck on it again and he spends most of his time traveling to other states and Canada for his job so have to wait to ask him again.
So Wednesday at the REI breakfast, met with a man from Chicago who is part of a big investment company. He gave me some good ideas for templates and marketing my place. And was impressed with the deal. He didn't want that type of property but is willing to send it out to the other investors.
I did put it on the classifieds on here with two or three pictures.
Good to hear from you,
Sandi
