I have 8 weeks to make my first deal Please help me !!!!

hi DG family ....i really need some help on making my frist deal happen. Ive tried a few things but nothing has worked... YET!,
but i have a big event cumimg up in 9 weeks and i MUST be ready , so im turning to my DG family in hopes that i can be helped ....
please ! im open to all an any advice that you can give....
i live in jamaica Queens NEW York
so any investors buyers , seller , anybody ! lol please help lol

On top of buyers, you need a property to sell to your buyer.

Why don't you tell us your circumstance

it would help to know your situation so we can help you better.

I live in NYC, so I will tell you trying to sell an MLS listed property to an investor in the boroughs is a complete waste of time. Its it not a FSBO or REO that no one else knows about, you're wasting your time.

Also, most 'investors' may not provide any financial info to you unless you tell them about the property "because I have to see it first to see if I like it". That can end one of two ways;

1. You tell them the address and they like it and tell you to them a contract

2. You tell them the address and you never hear from them again. This is the norm. I would be firm on asking for info though investors hear have routinely given someone else's info and using them just to get the contract and then sell it to someone else. Which would lead to them working around you once they know who the owner is.

Not to scare you but that is the reality here. Hear to help.

What have you done to help yourself??
learn,gain knowledge and put it to use. Go to a REI club meeting and make contacts.That is where you will get the most help. But if you dont put anything into making it happen, it won't.
Let us know how we can help and where your at in your investing career.
