Tonight I went to the big AZREIA meeting. I met a couple vendors, a realtor/big wholesale company, a home inspector, took info from Great American Title Agency table (including a free pen), heard 1/4 of a workshop, and stayed for the actual "meeting". Interesting info on Taxes and when it comes time to do you 3 yrs. buy & hold tax returns. I didn't network with anybody else, but I think that's what I needed to give me a boost ~ to realize there are others like us out there, doing their best to invest & make money. I should be able to get the report on taxes either on the website, or they'll email it to me. Either way when I get it, I'll post it here. It was $750 to $1k worth of great info.
I prepped blank investor profile sheets (for buyer's list), Interview sheet for re agents, and even a title company interview. There are at least 2 maybe 3 title companies I could possibly use, and 2 of them are in Casa Grande. The only thing I need to do is call & ask the title companies and previous realtors from homegain. I even found a 4 pg. prop. management interview sheet from bigger pockets, too. And, work on the rest of the power team. Maybe that was the "kick in the pants" I needed?
Thanks guys, for your support.
I'm sure you felt better by attending the meeting. Glad you made it. You've now taken another step toward your goals...keep on stepping.
Next meeting, you should talk to other investors and ask them what they do, how long, best deal or worst deal they had. Tell them you find deals and ask if they would be interested.

I'm very happy that you were able to find new motivation from the investment club. Continue to attend those meetings and stay connected. Like Mike said, these meetings are a great place to network with other people in the industry. You will have the opportunity to connect with not only other investors but loan officers, RE attorneys, RE agents, escrow officers etc. Take advantage of your time at these meetings to NETWORK*NETWORK*NETWORK. Arrive early and stay after to meet people. Treat this time like a "Meet and Greet". Don't spend more than 3-5 min per person so that you will have plenty of time to work the room. You can even challenge yourself to see how many people you can meet that night. Exchange business cards or contact information and move on, you can follow up with them a day or two later for longer conversations. Your goal is to make as many contacts as possible. This business is built through networking. You are doing great! Keep moving forward
KEEP MOVING FORWARD
