OfflineGreetings Members, Iam new here but not to the concept of real estste investment. I have read many books and been to many seminars. Now I want to act on the knowledge I have. I dont know everything, and Iam in a position with little funds to invest, no car, and have to work deals in other parts of my state( accessible by public transportation )in surrounding areas. Creative financing and sales donot go over well in my small and small minded town. Real estate investors are looked on very suspiciously here.
For all the above reasons, I wouldd like to know all the major ways and strategies I can use, using the internet to make money with real estate, initially.
