Probate

Probate

I'm finding the Probate Listings in my local paper
and going to the County Property Appraiser Website
to get the address of the property.
I was only able to find 1 address out of 5 names.
Is there another place I can look for the addresses.
I'm in Florida.

Also the Personal Representative usually gives the
lawyers address. Does it work to send letters to the
PR in care of the lawyer or should I just call the
lawyer directly.

Thanks for the help.
Susan

Hey Susan, I was reading your post. I use a program called HomeInfoMax (http://www.homeinfomax.com) With this program you can research the property to whatever level of investigation you need - This includes the Name, address of owner. Beyond that I would suggest any of the search sites (starting with http://www.zabasearch.com/) or USsearch.com (?)

I would feel comfortable talking to the attorney as he knows that he will also get his fee out of a fast settlement.

Just my insight.

Maybe

the person didn't own any property, and only rented or was in a retirement home and had already gotten rid of their property?
