OfflineThe last two weeks of January is going to be busy for me as I have a lot of deals going on throughout our Cincinnati area. However, most of my work is paperwork for deals that are closing this month. Because of that, I had to cancel some out of office appointments to complete these existing deals. Since I am going to be in the office, I have blocked out some time to meet with any DGer that wants to take the time to come to my office and discuss things (anything)for about an hour. You need to call my Cincinnati office (phone number is on my website listed below) and schedule the appointment.
The only available times are going to be the Tuesdays (18th and 25th) and Thursdays (20th and 27th) remaining in January from the hours of 1 to 5. It is open to anyone that wants to come. This will be a one on one session, no group meeting.
Please call the office anytime from 9am to 5pm and ask to speak with me directly as I am the one controlling this part of my schedule. Please don't leave me a voicemail as I won't retrieve them until Monday.
It is open to anyone that wishes to come BUT YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST as I want to give each person my undivided attention and I don't want someone else just showing up. This will allow me to see a maximum of 16 people but at least I can personally help 16 people.

we usually do not invest in a metropolitan area where the basic city core has population reduction. This tends to be a precursor of declining property values and it is easier for us to look elsewhere. This isn't to say that a slight population decline scares us, but a large one does. For this reason, we do not have any presence in Cleveland at this time.
