Trying to track down the owner of a vacant property.......

I have their name from finding it through the county tax records, but how can I find out where they live so I can mail them a letter? If I mail it to the property address they may not get it. Many thanks for any feedback.

County tax records

I don't know how your county works, but ours has the property owners address listed also along with the name ... that's how the county knows where to send the tax bill.

Great Info

Currently looking at a vacant property. Spoke to the neighbor next door and was told its been vacant for 2 years. Found the owners name and address. Hopefully sending a letter to the owner. Great birthday card tip. Will try. Thanks again.
