OfflineI am new to the all of this i just started reading Deans book Profit from real estate now. I am on chapter 6 but i am so confused and have questions that i really don't understand. Like how do you buy a home from some one if you make a deal and you don't have money or credit and no one to back the financing part for you? And how do you find buyers right away if you make a deal and have a home you need to sell in 30 days or less? I live in north eastern Illinois is there any one in my area that is looking for some one looking for a partner in that area? Or some one to help me get a start by answering some of my questions? i feel so lost and confused.

How to buy a home with no money credit and no financial backing. You are not buying the home but locking it up with a contract and assigning it to an investor charging a finders fee for your efforts. It is time sensetive so having an investor / end buyer all ready to go is the best option. There are many ways to find buyers, you can find buyers through these forums also another very effective way to find buyers is attending an investment club. just keep reading the book. It will explain everything as you go along. You might want to also get Dean's book " Be a real estate millionaire" It covers this in more detail.
