So if your Buyer is looking for a $100K house, you charge them what percentage for an "assignment fee?" 3%, 4%, 5% or 10% of the price of the $100K house, so that would be $3K, $4K, $5K or $10 for an 'assignment fee?' PLEASE be specific, I just get vague answers, I need a cut and dry answer so I know where to go with it. Thank you.

If an investor is looking for 30% discount for properties and you are planning to take 5% fee for yourself this is how it may look:
$100,000 value.
- $30,000 (30% of the value the investor wants)
- $5,000 (the fee you are looking to charge)
= $65,000 offer you would give to the seller.
