No they did not do the work for me, But they gave me all the tools I needed and held me accountable. If you don't have any clue at all about real estate, it is good to join the Success Academy. If you have a little clue to do a real estate or if you have read Dean's book, that should be enough to get you going. I'm a student myself but i haven't got any kind of help that would lead me to making my first deal. I use this site more that the Success academy phone line. Use your money to buy a real property for you and your family. I regret every minute of it. I stopped completly logging in the website because everything i've learned from the website is in Dean's book. However, i didn't give up on real estate at all.

i just got off the phone with one they do help but dont do the work for you use what they teach use your own ideas and they guide you its allways good to have some one in the market to ask for advice

I totally agree with you Rafael but for the amount of money you pay, it is not worth it. Use your money for closing cost or downpayment on a property. I'm a student myself and i never asked to do the job for me except to teach me something that i did't know before. Everything is on Dean's book.
