Hey I just want to know how or where do I go and get started. Found and house that I want to purchase and sell it to make profit.
First, for those that are starting in the business of real estate investing this is a great place to start. You will find that the questions you would like answered have probably already been answered. Up in the top right corner of the page is a search section. Remember, you can always use this find the topic you are looking for easily.
Second, if you are starting with a home and want to purchase and sell you will need to give more information. For anyone to help identify what you may or may not be able to do you will need to let us know about the deal:
Is it a foreclosure?
Are the sellers motivated?
What is the home like?
What is the value?
What is the asking price?
What are the repairs?
How do you know the value and repairs?
Do you currently have buyers?
What have you done with the home so far?
When you approach a property in this manner you will find that we (the Dean community) will be far better in answering your questions.

I would love to get into real estate investing but kind of scared how to get started. My wife is very skeptical about working for yourself, she thinks you should work for someone else and make them rich. I`ve always wanted my own business but didn`t have the money to invest. If I thought I could do this for sure I would just go for it full steam.

I just wanted to second the success academy. They are unbelievable, And the information you receive from them is priceless. I had lost my job and just filed bankruptcy.
