OfflineAs I read articles that talk about the real estate market and where it is going, I am thinking that there is still a lot of oportunity to make money in real estate. There are a couple things looming in the future that the real estate market is still going to have to go through. First there is another round of arms that are going to adjust in the near furture, which means were looking at another round of forclosures. Another thing is the government tax credit for new home buyers is set to expire on December 1st. It still remains to be seen if they are going to extend that credit. What that means to us as investors is there are a lot of great deals out there and there will more great deals hitting the market soon.

Great piece of information. As investors, this is always good news. This will give our DG family access to more opportunities. However, that does not means we should sit and wait for more to come. My mother always said, "Act now and take what you can while it is available." Others say, "the early bird catches the worm." We want to make sure we catch the fish before it decides to go downstream.
