OfflineSo I finished reading Profit From Real Estate awhile ago [haven't acted on it because I finished just as I was about to move, so I was super busy with that and a lot of other stuff that's related] and I understand that I need to take action ASAP, but how do I go about doing it?
I have no money or less to invest, so I need to do no-money-down deals, and I'm partial to the type where I find something, tie it up, then sell it to someone with a note, so I get paid a little every month. [I don't have any income right now, so the stability I associate with being paid every month would be sooooo welcome]
I'm also interested in doing assignments for other investors, but I don't know how to do that, exactly.
And lastly, I'm still confused by all the paperwork, even the paperwork explained in the book?

EDIT: Also, is zillow.com a good resource? I wondered about it when I recently heard of it.

Congratulations on joining the greatest opportunity by far. Your doing it. You read the book, your on the forum. This is all part of getting started. Continued to post and use the search engine to see previous forums discussing any qestions you may have. One great thing to do is to get a better understanding of all the tools availible by clicking on each one. If assigning is the direction your leaning ,then building a buyers list is a great way to start. Reading the chapters over is always helpful.
