Did court house they are not at address, neighbors not sure, thinking skip tracers next but im hoping someone has a trick.

Hey Aaron and Suzy,
I never did this myself, but you can put a "For Sale" sign with your phone number in the yard. If they see it they most likely call you asking you what the heck you think you are doing. Hopefully they are not to mad to talk to you about a possible deal.
Like I said, try everything else first.

-Check title company and ask for owners contact info

Tax office, is the address the same as bill sent. If its out of state you have a good chance its an investor or its probate, never know someone might of had to leave for job reasons and they need to sell because they cant afford two payments.
