So lets write down our goals here for 2014 and encourage everyone to succeed. Some of us who have been doing this full time will have HUGE GOALS, others just starting will have smaller goals... the size of the goal does not matter. Even if you have no idea how to achieve the goal.... we are here to support you and help you.
If your goal does not scare, if you are not sure how you will do it, the goal is too small, Think Big & Kick Butt.
Here is my goals:
I want to earn over 1 million dollars and become a millionaire in 2014.
I Michael Fishbaugh, will buy 45 properties a month, sell 22 and keep 22 for cash flow. Sell profits of an average of $20k per deal, and cash flow of $500 a door.
I also will buy 2 apartment buildings a month that have an Net Operating Income of $40k a year after debt service.
I want to help 1 family a month in the Treasure Coast & South Florida areas with housing. Let them live in a house for 6-12 months payment free and help them get back up on their feet and show theme how to buy the house they are in,
Write down your goals and lets all solve the housing problem in America, 1 deal at a time. Remember lets help each other and encourage each other.

I couldn't agree more about your philosophy about goals. You have to dream big and then put in the effort to achieve them. I say go for it. Don't give up and don't stop. In my first month of investing I bought 34 properties in 2 separate transactions. Don't let people tell you that you can't do it! Go for it!

Michael, Im with ya ! Lets get it done !. My goal scares me and Im not sure how to get it totally done. I have a few ideas. Ive been thinking my goal is impossible but if the goal is too easy to achieve its really not a great goal.
Im going to buy and resale 50 properties this year. Also, picking up a rental per month. Youve got me totally motivated to make it happen !

Writing down your goals is essential to keeping you on track throughout the upcoming year. Your written goals help to map out what you need to do each day, so you can reach them. Keep at it, and don't look back. Your goals should make you a little uncomfortable, that way you know you'll grow.

Most important is I picked up 9 referrals, learned a few new tricks of the trade with HUD homes and I am not done yet!

That is why I set the goal high, and run the sales and profit numbers. To go after an income that only 3% of the people in the world earn and to have a few doubters and haters question your sanity and a Mother who says I should cut the amount 80% so I am not disappointed when I do not hit it...... and after the day I am having today.... sold more than I bought.... if someone stops at a red light, that wind and noise the will hear and feel is me smoking right past them.
