MY FAMILY WISHES FOR

HML's that charge single digit interest on loans
Short sales that fall from the sky in bucket loads
An endless list of REO's with 100% financing
Total elimination of all closing costs
Realtor's that are not afraid to think out of the box
FSBO's that put your downpayment in for you at no charge
Instant equity with every deal.
And most of all, continued happiness,good health and prosperity to the whole DG FAMILY
