Hello DG'ers

So I have my agent working for me sending me list of all the cash buyers in the investor hot spots in AZ. So I'm gathering all their information and in-putting them into a data base so that I can send my contact info through mail to the listed tax address. My question is since I don't have their email or phone numbers am I just supposed to hope they email back with their contact info informing me its okay to contact them when I have deals? I know lots of people have been at this stage in wholesaling so I'm curious how you got the contact information of your buyers especially since their phone/email info is not on the tax records.

I would say that the buyer

I would say that the buyer would have to provide their contact information. If my RE Agent gave out my info without permission, I'd be upset.

The more houses that a single buyer purchases, the better their profile would be of the houses that you think they'd be interested in. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait and see if they contact you.
