A good real estate agent, or the ones we investors typically want to work with, has the right mindset. They KNOW it's possible to make money in real estate right now, and either have clients actively making money, or they have their own investment portfolio.
A good real estate agent is also willing to do some work, and not expect to get paid to do nothing! If you are one of these agents, I am actually looking to work in Southern Florida here soon, and it would be great to get my foot in the door ahead of time!
