OfflineAs we celebrate the anniversary of our countries birthday and independence, I felt it appropriate to address the issue that drives us all, financial independence.
After some research and personal experience, I have a few suggestions on some steps that will hopefully achieve this.
1- Know what you can live with and without. Identify these and stick to your list. Don’t be frivolous with the funds you have. Use them wisely, and in a manner that will move you forward.
2- Identify your numbers. Know the number that realistically represents financial independence. That number will be different for everyone, so know yours and stick to it.
3- Define financial independence. Determine exactly what that means to you, and then make a list of the necessary steps to get you there.
No matter what this means to you, follow the steps above and then go for it. Don’t let anyone, or anything get in your way. Financial independence is within your grasp. Reach out and grab it. Don’t wait and don’t listen to the nay sayers.
