“Most successful people have not achieved their distinction by having some new talent or opportunity presented to them. They have developed the opportunity that was at hand."
-- Bruce Barton
In conjunction with Dean’s weekly wisdom, I wanted to add some additional inspirational. I think it’s important that once you find out what your “why” is, you have some additional motivation to keep you moving forward and achieve the results you desire.
It’s important as we move forward in our business; it’s not the person with the biggest talent, or the newest opportunity that has the only chance of success. People achieve success everyday by applying themselves and staying focused on the goals and dreams that they have. To help encourage you to reach those goals and dreams; write them down. Get pictures of those things you want to acquire. And after you have them, plaster them in places you will see them on a regular basis.
Achieve the success you desire. Develop THIS opportunity. Develop YOUR talent. You can do it. YOU are the only one that can. No one can do it for you.
Now get out there and start your development. Good luck!

I have discovered my "WHY". And I am motivated.....I've had one hurdle after another since I started here(mainly, life stuff)---that's half of my additional motivation.....it might take me just a little longer because of it, but it won't stop me. I totally love every part of this, and I've believed in it my whole life......and now finally....there is a plan of how, where, when, and to whom.....that's the other half.
Thank you for the extra thoughts, and have great week, ERSIE
