OfflineHere is how I have worked with finding a Realtor for 15 years. This is also what I teach about working with Realtors:
Call realty offices and ask receptionist for best Realtor that deals with investors.
Ask at least these questions:
1) Do they work with investors?
a. What have they done?
2) Have they done investing themselves?
a. What have they done?
3) Will they allow you to make multiple aggressive offers?
If they answer positively and you like their personality ask them to send to you 10-15 motivated properties where you net $20,000-$30,000 profit after all expenses and repairs.
You may also want to find out if they feel this could be done and if not what they feel could be.

But the biggest question I have is how much do I pay to the RE agent? How much does he get from a deal usually? Do I pay my agent percentage on each deal and he also gets comissions from sellers or only comission from me? I am talking about wholesales only.
