OfflineAfter trying to watch the live Webcast last night and the constant "CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-ETC" of childish, nonsensical,and especially NON PRODUCTIVE comments, we had to turn you off.
We talked over your programs and decided that, Dean you are a great motivator, teacher and mentor. But, we have decided to take a different route in real estate investing.
We are in our mid 70s and do not want to deal with renters. We also no longer have the stamina t o do all the 'on site' research, maintenance, etc.
So we are going to invest in Tax Lien Certificates that have an interest rate of from 16% to 36% annually and we can do it all from our kitchen table all over the country.
The very best to all your students. And as an Old fart 'passed' award winning salesman, the best advice I can give is "GET OFF YOU A** AND DO SOMETHING TODAY< NOW!!!"

Much luck to you and your investing career. I went to a free Dean seminar about 1 month ago and Tax lien certificates was a big topic. Seems like a great, interesting and rewarding niche.
