OfflineI love real estate and the opportunities that it provides all of us. I get the opportunity to travel all over the country teaching and seeing different real estate markets. The one thing that I have seen is that you can do deals anywhere across the country just as easy as you could do a deal in your own backyard. Through networking and building a good power team gives you the chance to find the deals and make money. Dean talks about making money in any real estate market, and I see that this is totally true the more I travel and see different parts of the country. I am in the process of getting ready to do some deals over a thousand miles away from where I live. It's amazing! Network and build relationships and you will be able to do things that you would never be able to do on your own. I love this business.
