So where and how to we find deals and do it quickly?
There are of course many ways to do this but the key here is FAST.
There is nothing faster than working through your real estate agent.....hands down. They, remember have access to the MLS and can virtually find anything for you.....just ask.
They can put in any search feature you desire. You want a list of homes that have been on the market (DOM) over 200 days they can find those for you.
Also do not forget Zillow to search for deals. You can search motivated seller, vacant, needs repair and Buy as is!
I would like to hear other ideas from you all out there in DG land. Remember the key is FAST not necessarily methodical.

We try to do many different things to find deals. Of course the Bandit sign. Craigslist adds, business cards, fliers and yes, Realtor s. Like anything its a numbers game. Our phone rings off the hook....I really think its time for a answering service.

I get the deals, what forms do we need to start with? There are so many (such a bad thing huh?) I do not know where to go or which form to use.
