Need to unload 25 turn key properties Help !!

package of 25 properties with tenants included.

Most of them are below 100K with a Cap Rate above 15%

These properties must go before the end of this month.

And we already have some people interested in them.

All of these properties don't need any repairs, are completely remodeled and tenants are solid workers.
