Offlinei just recieved a scathing "you are a spammer" from a property i simply emailed my interest to on fsbo.com
i can understand it if i was pitching vacuum cleaners or something, but cryin out loud it was an effort to buy the property. geesh, if you dont want people to contact you regarding a property you have for sale on a website that invites investors to make offers.........then take your friggin ad down then!!!
