Double close?

im wondering ....is it legal in Marietta (washington county) OHIO to double close to get the seller his/her money?.....id ask my lawyer but im going to have to find a new one....he aint talking to me....

Not Sure on That

Most lawyers are not familar with anything but a standard deal. Get in touch with your local REI and ask for a recommendation on a lawyer. Also ask the group about it.

alright i asked my agent if he knew of any rei lawyers...now wait for a respose
