OfflineI mean it is property right? I am asking this question because I live in Haines Alaska, right up the road from where they film Gold Rush. I have also been out there panning and found some color. Anyhow a few people are talking of selling Claims. Any input on this subject?

There is a difference in mining claims. Some are deeded property, and some are strictly mineral rights, but not ownership of the land. You can also check with the land owners about leasing the ground for mining. Usually the landowner will want some of your production.
