The A to B Contract

Hey all, I was on the Old School Title Co. website when I saw The A to B Contract listed with no info about it. Anyone have any idea what it is? I emailed their info link and someone got back to me that we will need to discuss it. I'll probably give him a call tomorrow. I was thinking maybe it is some kind of Assignment of Contract document. What do you guys think?

If you saved it, maybe you could edit and attach it to this topic? I have heard of Old School Title Company, though.

I didn't see the actual document. It was something like ask about our A to B Contract.

A to B

This is simply a purchase and sale agreement. "A" the seller sells the property to "B" the buyer. Nothing complex at all or special.
