I found two properties both 2BR/1Bath on about 3/4 acre both for 75k, how do I approach this deal? They are family owned and they are trying to get rid of them one needs cosmetics and the other needs ALOT of work! Any help with funding, repairs or anything wiould be greatly appreciated!
