OfflineI finally find an agent who is working with me, pouring potential deals on my laps.
I have buyers who are calling (sometimes begging) me to send them deals in the hot areas of my town - Philadelphia.
I have the information (listings) and potential buyers but I am at lost as what to do next to bring both together.
While I am digging through this site for answers, I invite all DGers to help, point, to how to bring buyers together with the deals. Any Help will be appreciated.

Take the listings that match your buyers criteria and make offers. of course do your due dillegence, lock them up and call your buyers.

That’s great! So many other students wish they were having this issue.
As has previously been stated, the next steps are to evaluate the properties to make sure they are going to be profitable for your investors and yourself. Do your homework, run your numbers and then make the offers on the properties that most closely match your buyer’s criteria.
Once you have a property under contract, get in touch with your buyers and get them the property information and agreeing to purchase.
You’re doing great! Keep it up. Don’t let yourself lose momentum. Stay focused and do your homework, then go for it and make your offers.
