What about earnest money? I have been editing a copy of a check using MS PAINT to fill in each different subject... Its kind of a hassle. Does your real estate agent do this for you ??

Having run 2 Real Estate offices, it is common practice for agents to send these disclosures to have you sign them. In many agencies the agent won’t be paid unless they have these forms filled out and signed.
What I can suggest is that you give your realtor a friendly reminder that you aren’t purchasing the property to live in it. You are an investor and will be assigning these properties to one of your partners. I don’t know if it will alter their approach, but it’s at least worth a try.
