I wanted people to know what I have been seeing from small to large banks lately. For the longest time our banks never except assignments of contracts. This last week I have seen 10 assignments excepted from our banks including Bank of America. Let me know if this is happening to other people?
Thanks Again, Justin McQ

Were these properties that had assignable contracts REOs or from an individual selling their house that had a mortgage with the lenders you mention?
I am sure you meant the banks were accepting a contract that was assignable on the purchase of one of their REOs right? If that is what you meant I have NEVER seen an assignable contract from a bank on one of their properties.
