My realtor is gone for the holidays, so I have to put I now I have to start putting in offers on my own. This might be a stupid question, but how do I get in contact with the listing agent? I have several properties I want to make offers on, but I don't know how to get in contact with the seller or his/her agent.

There's no contact information. I looked on realtor.com and on the MLS.
Can you find out what office is listing the property? If you can, they should be able to tell you which agent is handling the listing.

I dont see that information. I put the MLS number in realtor.com and I typed the address in tax assessor and a companies name didnt come up. The owner's name came up but not the listing agent who's representing her.
I called realtors on realtor. com but none of them are willing to work with an investor. All I need them to do is make offers for me.
Can you make your offer directly to the seller? If not, ask the owner for the listing agent's contact info. Tell them you want to offer on their property, just you can't find the agent's contact info. Maybe the listing has expired?
Man, that's weird, usually agents plaster their contact info everywhere.

If the property is actually listed on the MLS and has a listing number the agents info is in there. I think some one might be pulling your leg. How would another agent set up a showing of the property if there is no contact info on the selling agent? When listing a property the agent must enter his ID number in order to gain access to the MLS.
Is there a for sale sign in the front yard? Agents info is usually on the sign.

I see the MLS# the status of the property, and the the type of house. Below that is a description of the property(address, bedrooms and baths etc) , below that are the
-remarks
-Property Info
-Annual Expenses
-Unit Descriptions

On the left side of the margin is my agent's name and her contact info.Above her name is where I log in to the MLS.
I'm not physically at the house I'm looking at it from the computer.

Im not at the house so I wont be able to walk up to the seller and ask her form the listing agents number.
Some of the properties I want to make offers on, I was able to find the company. So Im just going to do what you said and call the company, and asked them which agent is selling the property I want to make an offer on. Thank you for your help

I'm guessing that your agent sent you to the website when she was in town, right?
So there's a cookie on your computer that lets realtor.com know to only list your agents contact info. try deleting the cookies or using another computer. they do that so you go through your agent instead of the listing agent.
on another note, do you have a signed buyers agreement with your agent?
Glad to help.
You can't go to the house and talk to the seller for the properties that you can't find a company name? If its because you are in another town, maybe you can get family or friends that live in that town to go get the contact info? The only other thing I can think of is, find another realtor to make the offer for you. Good luck!
