Should you get a real estate agent when trying to wholesale.

I'm new to wholesaling and I'm trying to get off the ground but a lot of places were I ask about house usually as whether or not I'm working with a real estate agent of some sort. Is it necessary to have one?

No you don't need a real estate agent. Put up some bandit signs to find SELLERS.
