OfflineI know it's late, but I just broke down & ordered Dean's new book everybody's been talking about! From all the new upcoming success stories, 1st deals, etc. from others, I've started to get motivated again. It's time to get real, get serious, practice what I preach & take action. I'm getting tired of sitting on the sidelines. Info is starting to come back to me, unclear questions have started to clear up & I want to kick fear in the face. 
When I started checking into REI, I had no clue I wasn't doing or saying the right things. That was a few years ago. Believe it or not, I actually got a contract or two to find out 1 basically moved their parent in & changed their mind, to almost wholesaling a 4 plex in what was probably in a C to D- neighborhood. Then it was tough, because sellers wanted at least $500 earnest $, and you learned to get creative as you do now. At the same time, I learn a lot, and I still do.
What keeps me wanting more? The desire I have in my heart for real estate, and the fact I know I could get things done if I just did it. In a way, I think this is part of my "WHY" Dean talks about a lot. A part of me wishes there were a downloadable PDF you could get with your order, just like Dean's other book(s) had. I'm excited about the new book though & I can't wait for it to get here.

I have watched you grow and learn over the past 2yrs. Your knowledge has increased to the level that you can answer most questions asked. You have also set up your website and got that up and running.
Alot of people have already quit, so that says alot about you 'cause you're still here.
You know how to do alot,so all you have to do is get that 1st one done and you're on your way!!
