OfflineIs there a web-site or method to looking up by bank name and pulling all REO's from a database (this would be for those small banks in your area) which the big web-sites are not advertising? I assume it has to be recorded in some database somewhere.

The wedsites that list foreclosure properties are usually pulling there information off the county records, not from the banks. I do not know of a site that list foreclosures by bank. If you are looking for foreclosures from smaller banks, then talk to that bank and see if there is an agent that handles all thier foreclosure properties, or if they can send you list of foreclosures that they have available.
