OfflineHi All, I just finished a "sob story" to Dean about not being able to find Cash Buyers in my town, and immediately got a response from someone in the Northeast offering to help (I will, of course, accept that offer). That also made me think, "Hey Dummy! Ask the DG Family if they know of any Cash Buyers in the Huntsville, Al area." So....just in case my new friend from the NE cannot help, does anybody know of cash buyers either in the Huntsville or Northern Alabama area? And yes, I am not the sharpest pencil in the cup!

type in we buy houses, run ads on craigs list like a lot of others have done, look in their as well for other investors that buy properties and see if they are investors as well. Read the local newspaper for rental properties, call these ads as some of these are investors as well, that is how I found a local investor that pays cash for properties he is looking for and at the same time you just might find some one just tired of being a landlord and wants to sell also.

Hi Shawn, I googled, have cold called rental adds, used bandit signs, networked with other investor wholesalers (but they won't give up their contacts), gone to auctions, and placed ghost adds in the paper and on-line....nothing! I have found four: two are Real Estate companies who are not interested in MLS REOs (they can do that themselves) - and they claim to be short on money; one only wants extremely cheap properties "but not in this-or-that area"; and the other is only interested in businesses - slim pickins'. I have Earnest Money, a great Real Estate Agent, two good Title Companies, a great Handyman for advice, access to Transactional Funding, and plenty of Properties; but, I just can't find good Buyers! Don't worry, I haven't given up...just a little frustrated. Regards, Carl
