Life is great when you let it be
Buy when market is low, sell when market is high. If you are not in a position to do this yourself, there are many investors that are. You find the property and assign it or double close it to them. Make money.
Personally, we are having NO trouble selling our rehabs to owner/occupants and none of my fellow wholesaler/rehabbers are either.
A very high percentage of all millionaires made their money investing in real estate in some form or another.
You must buy right in this market, that is critical. You must know how to find, evaluate and get actual WHOLESALE deals under contract and then have REAL buyers to flip them to. If you do not have that capability you ARE wasting your time. If you can do it, it does not matter that you have no money and the market is falling. It is all relative if you buy at the right price.
Here is another tip. When all the experts say things are terrible - BUY!!
When they say things are great- SELL!
