Short sales

Hi all.

I have noticed alot of short sales hitting the MLS lately. Has anyone elts seen this? And is this something we should be going after?

Do you have the proof of funds needed to submit offers on short sales. Do you have the 3 to 6 months to wait on approval? What are you planning on doing with these properties?

No I don't have proof of funds, but my re agent thinks I should start putting in some agresive offers. If I could get the banks to except my offers with financing i would like to buy and hold.
