Notice of Foreclosure

If a "Notice of Foreclosure" has been filed with the county recorders office, would it be too late to do a lease option technique like Greg Murphy would do? Is it too far into the process for this?

No it is not. Just depends if you can cure the foreclosure with an adequate option payment, make money over and above the monthly mortgage payment and sell it for more than you got the contract for.. in other words if the numbers right and you know how to actually do a sandwich lease option deal it can work.
