Got a realtor sending as-is, reduced, listings.. I hear that we just put in tons of offers at 50%-80% less than... what they list for?
I am putting in at least 25 offers this week, but how do I want to determine my offer price?

I would suggest that you fill out your full bio. Most seasoned investors will tend to overlook your posts until they can see who they are dealing with. I understand that you are new to this site but I think you should read up on what you are trying to do. Assigning deals is a great way to start but you need to have the knowledge to be successful. There is a ton of info on assignments here on this site, so read up and then get some questions answered. Congrats on the new addition to your family...Jan
One of the first things you need to have is a list of buyers lined up and ready to go. There are also a lot of post on building your buyers list. Here is a good thread to get started on

Ok so I am realizing that we have several investors all around us.
-My uncle invested in real estate,
-my wifes great uncle owns tons of properties (mostly commercial i think)
-I know a person at my church that I helped work on a house a while back and I am sure he is investing as well.
-I have a friend that manages the long term investment sector of a large real estate investment firm and said I could send deals locked and loaded his way.
-I have an acquaintance that does all the ins-and-outs of wholesale real estate for a firm here in San Diego, and said we "might" be able to market to them as well..
Now I need help putting together a package deal, something that is exactly what an investor would like to see in a real estate deal.
