did u purchase the Freedom soft? How is it working for you? It looks remarkable, but unfortunately it was sold out. But they're coming out with another upgrade soon. Is this similar to the same software that DG was selling last year?

**ways to build a buyers list***
-create a fake ghost add on craigslist like this one. (mine is not fake.)

-get your real estate agent to pull the last sold properties in your area in the last 90 days.
-put out bandit signs simular to the ghost add. ex: handyman special 3 bed 2 baths great investment property call now XXX-XXX-XXXX
-call "we buy house" ads in news papers or anywhere u see them and speak with the investors too see what they are looking for.
PS check this video out. Its a really neat way to build a buyers list fast if you have property under contract.
