New Jersey Newbie!

My name is Kim and I am looking to hook up with other Dean Graziosi enthusiasts who are actually doing deals in NJ. I am in the Sayreville area and would love to share knowledge and tips and ideas especially on wholesaling or using hard money to buy properties!
